Ingredients

Tomato 3 diced Garlic 3 cloves minced Coriander powder 1 tbsn Cumin powder (optional) 1/4 tspn Turmeric 1/4 tspn Cumin seeds 1/2 tspn Mustard seeds 1 tspn Cooking oil 1 tbsn Curry leaves 1 sprig Water 1-2 cups Salt as per taste Pepper as per taste Cilantro chopped 2 tbsn
